Well, many of you are probably the nights of broken sleep start well before the birth of the child. Once the baby is born ... Well, you've heard this before but no harm to hear from you again, because if you're like me, who does not really sink in at first. Living with a newborn is very tiring, and you need your rest - much - when the baby is resting. Keeping a spotless house, running marathons, and cooking four course banquets can wait until things calm down, and may take some time.

My "baby" is more than a year now, and I had a nap for two hours when he did yesterday. I do not do every day, but it is a great way to recharge once in a while, and I remember when breastfeeding, sleep (as possible) And 'just as important as eating and to maintain a good milk supply . So you need to make sleep a priority too!

Here, the Queen Bee we busy busy mums have found co-sleeping seems to sleep better at night. Connect a child when they move and go back to sleep ... but deep down every mother has to decide what works best for you and your children.
